A few little things to know before you join us:
Bookings are final
Once your payment is complete, bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred or exchanged for another session.For Dance Workshops - clean pair of dance shoes required
If you’d like to dance in shoes, please carry a clean pair to change into at the studio. We like to keep the floors and the space happy.Your spot is yours
Admission is strictly for the person registered at the time of booking. Bookings cannot be transferred or swapped with someone else.Keep your ID handy
Please carry a valid photo ID — soft or hard copy for verification at the studio.Your receipt = your entry pass
Your booking is confirmed only once you receive the payment receipt by email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly. Once your payment reaches us successfully, your receipt will be sent to you and will serve as your entry pass.Payment deducted, but no receipt?
Sometimes banks take a little time to complete a transaction. If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a receipt, your booking is not confirmed yet. We can confirm your booking once the payment reaches us. In rare cases where the payment doesn’t go through, the amount will automatically be credited back to your account within 24–48 hours.
