Description

Hula hoop workshops blend movement, play, and self-expression, creating a space to let go, reconnect with your body, and try something new. More than just learning a skill, it’s about finding joy in movement, building confidence, and discovering the freedom to move in your own way.

Workshop timings

11 AM - 1 PM

Overview

How to prepare :

• Bring - Just bring an open mind and a little curiosity! You don’t need any prior experience with hula hooping. We’ll take it one spin at a time.

• Wear - Comfortable clothes that let you move freely. Fitted tops and bottoms are ideal, as they help the hoop move smoothly around your waist. Avoid loose clothing, long accessories or jewellery that might get in the way.

• Notes - Come ready to move, laugh, experiment and have fun! Stay hydrated, and avoid coming on a completely full stomach. Most importantly, don’t worry about getting it right the first time. This is your space to explore movement, find your rhythm and enjoy the process.

See you at the studio!
